Prior to that, she worked as a Cleveland Cavaliers' sideline journalist for Fox Sports Ohio. Clifton was also a Cavaliers announcer, and she won two Lower Great Lakes Emmy Awards 2018. Clifton, who then quit Fox Sports Ohio and Cavaliers in the summer of 2018, announced she would be taking her place as host on Spectrum SportsNet's Pregame program for Los Angeles Lakers Telecasts. LeBron James' signing by the Lakers was in line with this. Allie Clifton is one of the highest-paid Journalists in the United States.
